A Structured End-to-End Purchase Experience From Product Discovery to Order Tracking
The shopping flow moves users from discovery to checkout without friction. Product cards highlight price, discount, and ratings first. Product details focus on essential information and clear actions. Cart and checkout screens break down cost, delivery, and vouchers clearly to avoid confusion. Order tracking shows status in a simple visual timeline.
The Consumer Interface Supports Both Bilingual Content and Dark Mode
The customer-facing app was designed to support both English and Burmese without breaking layout structure. Typography hierarchy and spacing were adjusted to maintain clarity across languages. Light and dark themes were implemented to improve accessibility and visual comfort. Color contrast and component behavior were tested to ensure consistency across both modes.
A Delivery System Built for Clarity, Accountability, and Speed
The interface supports quick decision-making. The dashboard surfaces delivery status using clear visual grouping and color distinction. Order details separate customer info, address, payment, and items into structured sections. Proof upload and signature confirmation reduce delivery disputes and increase accountability.
The Admin Dashboard Centralizes Control and Scales With Growth
The admin dashboard focuses on high-level visibility. Sales, revenue, expenses, and profit are surfaced at the top to support fast decision-making. Reports use simple visual charts for weekly, monthly, and yearly comparisons. Product and category breakdowns help identify performance trends without digging through raw data. The layout prioritizes summary first, details second. This keeps the interface practical and efficient for daily management.
A Transparent Reward System That Makes Points Easy to Track and Use
The reward system is designed to reduce confusion around earning and spending points. Users can clearly see total points, expiring points, and transaction history in separate tabs. Color is used intentionally. Green represents earned value, red signals deductions or expiration. The structure separates received, spent, expiring, and expired states to prevent misunderstanding.
Designing a Scalable Visual System for Information-Heavy Commerce Screens
Green was used as the primary brand color to reflect growth and reliability. Structured shade scales support different UI states, while yellow and blue are used carefully for highlights and system actions. Satoshi Variable and Yati Variable were selected for high readability across English and Burmese content. Because the app contains dense information, typography hierarchy and spacing were prioritized to reduce cognitive load. A reusable component system ensures consistency across consumer, delivery, and admin platforms, making the interface scalable and easier to maintain.

Designing a Complex Ecosystem Under Real-World Constraints
This project required managing a multi-platform ecosystem under tight time and budget limitations. The challenge was to structure a connected system while ensuring the final product remained intuitive and easy to use.
The process involved continuous alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Regular client discussions required clear reasoning behind every UX and UI decision, from system architecture to visual hierarchy.
Through this experience, I strengthened my ability to simplify complexity, make fast yet thoughtful decisions, and deliver a cohesive product that balances usability, clarity, and scalability.
